Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Ethics Governance
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act)
