Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 digital transformation strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new systems
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure transformation ROI and success metrics
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen enterprise solutions
- Represent the organization at industry forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing infrastructure and security protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise architecture
- Proven experience leading AI/ML implementations in enterprise environments
- Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
- Strong understanding of quantum computing applications and blockchain ecosystems
- Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP with demonstrable cloud architecture expertise
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Track record of delivering multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
