Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics compliance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections and industry best practices
- Conduct risk assessments for advanced AI systems including generative models, autonomous decision engines, and neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits and compliance reviews for experimental AI projects in development
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI governance with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor global regulatory trends and emerging standards to ensure proactive compliance adaptation
- Design educational programs and ethical guidelines for AI development teams across the organization
- Represent the company in industry forums on AI ethics and compliance strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, AI/ML, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years in compliance or governance
- Demonstrated expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory forecasting and policy development for emerging technologies
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML systems and deployment architectures
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics, data privacy, or compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of developing compliance frameworks for innovative technologies
