Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for next-generation applications.</li><li>Lead research and development initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.</li><li>Define and implement robust AI governance, safety, and ethical frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum engineers and data scientists to integrate hybrid computing models.</li><li>Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).</li><li>10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.</li><li>Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.</li><li>Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).</li><li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.</li></ul>
