Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and conducting code reviews.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high application performance and scalability.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to continuously improve our development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Languages: Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Frameworks: Solid experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
