Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets
- Prepare monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation
