As a Weekend Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in interpreting complex data sets to help our organization optimize performance. You will work closely with management to provide actionable insights that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis on weekly operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting systems.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports for executive leadership.
- Optimize data collection processes to improve reporting efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong skills in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the regular schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
