Responsibilities
- Perform Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis on weekly datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Integrity: Clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure 100% accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Weekly Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly reports for stakeholders and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to support their weekend data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
