As a Weekend Data Analyst, you will work a compressed schedule to ensure our data pipelines are running smoothly and our reporting is up-to-date. You will work closely with our core analytics team to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide strategic recommendations based on your findings.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data Sets: Clean, process, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Generate Actionable Reports: Create detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Update and maintain existing dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and perform data quality checks.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work the designated weekend shift on a consistent basis.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
