Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) and backup systems
- Provide remote/on-site technical support to 50+ end-users
- Create and update IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Kaseya
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure, and O365 administration
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices (firewalls, encryption)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/network diagnostics
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work under pressure with urgent SLA requirements
