- Lead technical planning for $5M+ product roadmap initiatives
- Drive performance improvements reducing latency by 40%
- Collaborate with Product Design on user-centric feature development
- Implement robust security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP compliance)
Qualifications
- 5+ years production experience with Java and distributed systems
- Expertise in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record mentoring development teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
