Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive agile sprints with daily standups and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Proven track record with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
