Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices for payment processing systems
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers using agile methodologies
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime across AWS/GCP
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and implement robust security protocols
- Drive innovation in blockchain integration for transaction verification
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability analysis for core banking APIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable fintech/enterprise applications
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
