Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks with a sense of urgency.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and data structure concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
