Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS/GitLab
- Implement secure RESTful APIs with OAuth2.0
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Drive DevOps practices including Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Agile/Scrum methodologies certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
