Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide strategic insights.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements and data governance strategies to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required. Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data validation and reporting.
