Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go/Python in AWS cloud environment
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions with Grafana/Prometheus
- Drive code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and security best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems experience
- Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with energy sector technology or industrial IoT systems preferred
