Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on technical feasibility
- Drive system performance improvements (P99 latency <100ms)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Proficient with AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, GKE)
- Strong background in CI/CD automation and DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with gRPC, Docker, and container orchestration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
