- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns technical capabilities with business goals for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to stay ahead of market trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure cohesive delivery of the 2026 vision.
- Technical Architecture Oversight: Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our core infrastructure as we scale towards 2026.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of R&D, conducting regular feasibility studies for experimental projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development and at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern programming paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot technical strategies accordingly.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
