Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming years.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget, talent, and technology resources to support the 2026 roadmap.
- Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain detailed, cross-functional roadmaps that communicate strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- KPI Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and continuously monitor progress against the 2026 objectives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops and presentations to ensure alignment between the C-suite and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives or roadmap planning projects.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence senior leadership.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies quickly.
