Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive Technology Strategy Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Drive R&D Innovation: Oversee a portfolio of experimental projects, ensuring high-velocity delivery of prototypes that validate future market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the innovation mandate, presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Build Future Talent: Establish and mentor high-performing teams focused on forward-looking technologies and agile methodologies.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify competitive gaps and opportunities for market dominance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity directing innovation or R&D.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain fundamentals, and Cloud-native infrastructure strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological shifts and align them with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Agility: Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability is key.
