Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce comprehensive impact assessments on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, neuro interfaces)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging tech startups
- Present future vision narratives to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and socio-cultural trends affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation initiatives
