Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for high-traffic payment systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Terraform
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Develop RESTful APIs with security-first architecture
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system health using Prometheus and Grafana dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data structures
- Experience with payment processing APIs (Stripe, Adyen)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
