Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and scalability
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce security best practices
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap prioritization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or SaaS development preferred
