Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on CI/CD best practices
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party SaaS platforms
- Implement automated testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest) and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at internal tech symposiums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with OOP fundamentals
- Certification in cloud architecture or DevOps (AWS/Azure preferred)
