Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Optimize database performance through SQL/NoSQL solutions and caching strategies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, Docker, and AWS services
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Debug and resolve complex issues across distributed systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures and algorithms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ production-level applications
