Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agile environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
