Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and root cause analysis during weekend operations.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for platform evolution.
- Write comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on backend or full-stack.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
