Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system uptime and stability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural planning to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Optimize application performance and refactor legacy code during dedicated maintenance windows.
- Deploy updates and monitor system health using CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a weekend shift environment.
