Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust testing strategies and ensure code quality through peer reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with strong coding fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a weekend shift structure
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across distributed teams
