Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our client-facing platforms.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and debugging to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Optimize database structures and backend services during off-peak maintenance windows.
- Collaborate with the central QA team to validate weekend releases before production deployment.
- Document technical specifications and update technical architecture diagrams.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support during weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
