Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision, ensuring system stability during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, QA, and designers) to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability for 24/7 uptime.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions to drive engineering excellence.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to prevent bugs before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to work independently during the night shift with a high degree of focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
