Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance software applications using C#, Java, or Python.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics during off-hours to resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure code quality and security compliance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and modern web frameworks.
- Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and available for night shift schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
