Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications specifically for our 24/7 infrastructure.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during high-load periods.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team asynchronously via documentation and code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and ensure data integrity during automated nightly processes.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, Go, or C++).
- Experience working in a high-availability environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
