Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality code.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability, and troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks, implementing optimizations to improve speed and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular), or Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
