Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability. Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, technology selection, and system design to ensure long-term viability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge base through technical presentations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Java, or Python. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and SQL databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
