Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex software issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and security.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline the release process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: React, Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
- Databases: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
