Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Python/Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during project engagements
- Document technical specifications and maintain version control best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement data-driven solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Spring Boot, Django)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
