Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Python
- Lead weekend deployments and production issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API integration and system optimization
- Mentor junior engineers through weekend code reviews and technical discussions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure weekend release reliability

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and relational databases
- Experience leading weekend on-call rotations and incident response
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready code under tight weekend deadlines
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
