Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to strict coding standards and security protocols.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript (React/Vue), or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL like MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
