Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures for our core products.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
