Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Design RESTful APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications
- Resolve production incidents within SLA timeframes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency with GitLab/GitHub workflows
