Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies for 99.99% uptime
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform for seamless deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Conduct A/B tests to improve user experience and system performance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in distributed systems, REST APIs, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching layers (Redis)
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
