Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead agile sprint planning and code reviews for distributed teams
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog content
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and workshops
- Implement security best practices and conduct threat modeling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python/Java
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with TDD/BDD methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
