Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
- Drive code quality via SonarQube and TDD practices
- Own feature delivery from conception to production
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python and relational databases
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
