Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code for our core platforms during weekend maintenance windows.
- Execute database migrations, system patches, and security updates with zero downtime.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize weekend feature releases and hotfixes.
- Monitor system health and generate detailed reports on system performance and uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers during your shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
