Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor weekend code deployments and system updates with zero downtime.
- Perform proactive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical production issues.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize CI/CD pipelines for weekend releases.
- Maintain and improve system documentation and runbooks for 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, specifically with backend or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Git workflows.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend shift schedule.
