Responsibilities
- Development & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies and architectural patterns.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex software defects, performance bottlenecks, and ensure system scalability.
- System Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production systems and infrastructure during the weekend shift.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with QA engineers and product managers to ensure smooth release cycles and feature deployments.
- Security: Implement and review security best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent Weekend Shift schedule (Saturday/Sunday). Reliability is key.
