Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for our core platform during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system health and respond to critical incidents or outages with minimal downtime.
- Lead architectural reviews and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure seamless release cycles.
- Document technical specifications and code changes to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex backend issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Backend preferred).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Availability to work a flexible weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday/Sunday or rotating shifts).
