Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software features and applications.
- Perform critical system maintenance and patching during off-peak hours to minimize user impact.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues reported by the QA team or end-users.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA leads to prioritize weekend tasks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards are met.
- Document technical processes and architectural decisions for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience working in a 24/7 production environment or availability to work weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
